Get-together in Tartu

At the 6^th and 7^th September 2018, the BFCC project partners held a joint project meeting in Tartu, Estonia. During these two days, several progresses could be reported: The pilot studies proceed successfully as well as the innovation dialogue events. These dialogues offer a platform to review innovation needs and potentials in the field of fracture management from a clinical perspective. Seven of the ten planned innovation dialogues could be realised this year already. Furthermore, there were different topics and suggestions to be discussed at the joint project meeting e.g. education and training of clinicians on best practice and innovative methods, the optimisation of the registry entry process and examples of automated reports. The interaction between the project partners produced thought-provoking impulses and led to a productive completion of the meeting.
